Our Mission Statement
And Values

To work in partnership to maximise individuals potential and to provide community rehabilitation, information and advice to individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, their families and carers,

North East Care Management is committed to promoting choice, independence and dignity to individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury. It is our aim to reintegrate individuals back into their local communities and enable them to lead a fulfilling life.


  Values
· We will respect clients cultural, religious, sexual   and emotional needs
· Clients and their families and carers will be informed that there is a recognised active and practical complaints procedure and that there is an active compliments procedure
· Clients and their families and carers views on service delivery will be actively sought and service provision reviewed regularly and evaluated using this method.
· Clients will not be destructively labelled.
· Clients will be informed as to their right to see any records that apply to them and all recording will be done in partnership with the client and jointly signed.
· Clients and their families and carers will be enabled to discuss issues in a safe and confidential arena
· Clients will be encouraged to attend user group meetings and to feed back issues to the management.

North East Care Management are committed to personal and professional development and regard training as central to our aims in providing a high quality service. 100% of our staff are Criminal Records Bureau checked and are accessing NVQ training and other professional developmental training.
