· To provide feedback on our services through   questionnaires, user group meetings and or other   mechanisms as requested
· To treat staff and other clients with respect and   consideration

How we can act on your behalf

We offer impartial advice on all aspects of the provision that we offer and will advocate for individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury to ensure that they have equality of opportunity to access services and benefits.

The limitations of our services

Our services are commissioned by Health Authorities, Local Authorities, Education Authorities, Individuals or Solicitors. These services are commissioned and contracted following an assessment of need. For Local Authority services a Service charge payable by the individual towards the cost of their services is set by the local Authority and is collected by North East Care Management.
Our other services such as advocacy, welfare rights and legal advice are free.

How you can help to improve the service

We are committed to providing a service that is needs led and invites clients feedback to ensure that we deliver provision to a very high standard that is designed around the specific needs of the individual their families and carers.
We are currently seeking assistance in formatting information in differing accessible formats.
